About Us

Rand Engineering, Inc. is a general engineering construction company, specializing in the installation of water, sewer and storm drainage for both residential as well as commercial/industrial projects.  This company was formed by Bill and Denise Rand who each have over 30 years’ experience in the general engineering field.

In November 2005 after 22 years of being partners and managing another company and with the construction industry still going great Bill and Denise decided it was time to start their own venture.  Eight  key employees joined them at Rand Engineering.  Altogether they had over 70 years experience in the industry. We have now grown to 21 employees in the field.

Rand Engineering is an avid supporter of the Wounded Warrior Foundation.  Bill has volunteered for over 30 years with the Boy Scouts of America as well as working with the youth in their church.  For the last couple of years they have picked a 2nd grade class in the Mountain Empire School District and supplied their teacher with a “wish list” of classroom supplies. They are proud to partner with clients in supporting various charities such as: Susan G. Koman 3 Day walk, American Heart Association, Wounded Warrior Project and various private schools. Their philosophy has been even in hard economic times it is still important to give back to society .
